The implementation of this project will require three months. The promotion for the project will start right after uploading the website. A fundraising program will be held before the orientation of the project by way of crowdfunding in which the researchers will query for financial contributions with the use of the internet and crowdfunding websites which will prove to be useful as the internet allows for the researchers to reach thousands of people quickly and efficiently, and it’s even possible to target people who might specifically be interested in the cause of fundraising. Finding and gathering of sponsors are also included in this time. This fundraising program will be the base of the budget for the project and will be conducted for 2 months. After the collection and gathering of resources, a month will be required to build and finish the project. The budget for this project will cost a total of ₱125,536.00. The ₱125,536.00 will be divided into the expenses of workers and materials needed. ₱25,500 will be allotted to the materials such as the hardware and the software: Identification Scanner - PHP 20,000; Visitor Badge Printer - PHP 4,000; Web Cameras - PHP 1,500; and Vizitor - no cost. The rest of the expenses will be allotted to the workers: Developer (to install software and create database): one-time job - PHP 5, 500; Computer Technician (3) (to install hardware): 78 days-job - PHP 404 a day.
